Copper Roof of the Church in Balashikha

Church of St. George the Victorious in Balashikha with darkened copper coverings, 2009.

The copper roof of the church in Balashikha is a project from the portfolio of RADEKA. The rounded copper coverings emphasize the architecture of the Church of St. George the Victorious located in the territory of the FSB CNS. Photographs from 2006 and 2009 show how the shade of copper changes over time: from bright reddish to deep dark brown.
